Microsoft Syntex

Organizations deal with vast amounts of information in the form of documents, emails, and other structured or unstructured content. Unraveling valuable insights from these data sources can often pose a significant challenge. In today’s digital age, with the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, organizations have powerful tools like Microsoft Syntex to streamline document processing and enhance productivity.

Microsoft Syntex is content AI integrated in flow of work. Content AI transforms how content is created, processed, and discovered. Microsoft Syntex is a solution built on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint and powered by Artificial Intelligence. This helps organizations automate content processing, extract valuable information, and increase productivity by making content more discoverable and usable.

This blog will provide insight into a selection of the latest and upcoming features of Microsoft Syntex.

Understand and Assemble Content:

Microsoft Syntex utilizes natural language processing (NLP) and image recognition capabilities to understand content within documents and images. Understanding content includes identifying entities, key phrases, relationships, and structured data elements.

Syntex automates the extraction of structured data from unstructured content. It can identify and extract relevant information from forms, invoices, contracts, and other document types, eliminating the need for manual data entry and reducing errors. By using AI models and custom classifiers, Syntex transforms unstructured content into structured data, improving data quality and usage.

Syntex also automates the categorization and classification of content based on its characteristics, context, and extracted information. By leveraging AI algorithms and customizable models, Syntex assigns relevant categories or labels to content, making it easier to organize and manage. This automated classification saves time and effort ensuring content is organized consistently and compliant with predefined taxonomies and term stores.

Syntex enriches content by automatically applying relevant metadata based on its understanding and classification. By analyzing the content and leveraging extracted information, Syntex tags the content with descriptive labels, keywords, or custom metadata fields. This enables easier search, filtering, and retrieval of content, improving content discoverability and enhancing content management.

Microsoft Syntex enables the generation of concise summaries for documents and other types of content. It analyzes the content and extracts key information to create a condensed summary that captures the main points. This helps users quickly grasp the essence of lengthy and complex documents saving time and improving information comprehension.

Syntex offers automated translation capabilities, allowing users to easily convert content from one language to another. Syntex can translate documents or other textual content reducing language barriers, facilitating communication, and enabling users to work with multilingual content more effectively and efficiently.

The Understand and Assemble Content features elements (such as read and understand content, extract structured data, automated classification, and relevant metadata tags) that work together to unlock the value of unstructured content.

Discover and Reuse Content:

Content Query
Microsoft Syntex allows users to easily find and leverage existing content within their organization. By utilizing AI-powered search functionalities, Syntex enhances content discovery by providing intelligent search capabilities. The Content Query feature allows users to perform advanced searches and queries based on specific criteria or metadata. Users can combine conditions and narrow down search results to find content that meets their precise requirements. It helps users uncover specific documents within a vast content repository, making it easier to access relevant content efficiently.

E-Signatures, Annotations
Syntex e-signatures (expected to be in private preview soon) will allow users to securely and conveniently request and sign documents electronically. This powerful feature enables seamless user experience keeping content within the M365 secured boundaries while being reviewed and signed. Additionally, the Annotations feature allows users to add comments and notes to documents. This facilitates collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing. With Annotations, users can highlight key details, provide insights, and engage in discussions directly within the document.

Analyze and Protect Content:

Default Sensitivity Level
Microsoft Syntex offers robust capabilities for analyzing and protecting content. Syntex can automatically process and extract valuable insights from unstructured data. This analysis enables organizations to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and relationships within their content. Syntex also allows organizations to set a default sensitivity level for their content. This default level serves as a baseline for content classification and protection.

In summary, Microsoft Syntex enables organizations to conquer the challenges associated with content management. It helps unlock insights and provide intelligent data extraction while ensuring adherence to regulations. By embracing Microsoft Syntex, organizations can enhance productivity and discover hidden knowledge.
